California & Pacific Southwest Recreation & Park Training Conference

The Expo is the second largest Park & Recreation tradeshow in the nation. It provides vendors the opportunity to showcase their products and services to nearly 2000 conference delegate.

The Show also provides delegates the opportunity to research new trends in the marketplace and network with other vendors and professionals. Whatever you need you will be sure to find it at this year’s Expo!

Fabulous Food, Food and more Food:

This year’s grand opening and luncheon will be on Wednesday, March 10^th from 12:00 noon – 3:00 p.m. A Thursday lunch in the Expo is also included from 12:20 p.m. -2:30 p.m. with the Expo closing at 3:00 p.m. Both events are free to fully registered delegates and exhibitors. These luncheons provide you a perfect opportunity to meet with peers and view the exhibits. Additional tickets can be purchase for $40 per event.

Spectacular Silent Auction:

A delegate favorite, the silent Auction gives you the opportunity to bid on any number of fabulous items displayed at various exhibits booths throughout the hall. All of the auction’s proceeds support the California Foundation for Parks & Recreation Scholarship Fund and you’ll get to take home marvelous merchandise at amazing price.

Cash Drawings and Grand Prize:

Part of the overall festivities offered in the Expo are the cash drawing and Dream Vacation trip grand prize drawing valued at $2500. Cash drawings will take place on both Wednesday and Thursday, with the Grand Prize Trip drawing occurring Thursday prior to the exhibit hall closing at 3:00 p.m. These drawings are for registered delegates only and you must be present in the Expo Hall to win.
