Question: What are your hours of operation?

Question: What is the lead time/production time?
Answer: Playgrounds: 4-6 weeks, Shade Structures: 4-6 weeks, most site furnishings: 10-days, rubber tile: 3-5 weeks, synthetic turf: 10 days, steel shelters: 4-6 weeks, SkySpan commercial umbrellas: 10 days, water play equipment: 6-8 weeks, bike lockers: 10 days.

Question: How long does shipping take?
Answer: west coast: 4-5 days, east coast: 2-4 days, midwest: 3-4 days

Question: Is there any minimum order amount?
Answer: No, we welcome all orders of any size.

Question: Do you charge for site visits and consultations?
Answer: No, site visits are always free however we prefer to work out an estimate first then if you'd like to move forward with your project we can certainly come out to your site to verify the dimensions and speak with you in person. All we'll need in order to work out an estimate is a few minutes of your time on the phone, some dimensions of your project area and a few pictures. You can also submit your quote request online by using this form.

Question: Do you have a contractors license? Can you do installation as well?
Answer: Yes, we hold a general contracting license in California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington so we can install all of the products that we distribute. It is also important to note that our installation teams consist of skill professionals who are familiar with our products and the proper installation methods. It's just as important to have a good installer as it is to work with a manufacturer the produces quality materials. If your project is not in one of these 4 states we also have a national network of installers that we can access to provide you with a quality workmanship.

Question: How much does installation cost?
Answer: There is no fixed price for installation. The cost is based on several factors that can differ with every project. Some of these factors include, location, soil conditions and access to the project site. Please contact our estimating department to discuss your project so that we can properly estimate the cost of your installation.

Question: What does installation include?
Answer: Installation includes a preconstruction site inspection, materials, labor, a certified inspection upon completion, warranty service and ongoing support throughout the life of your equipment. Installations are conducted by licensed contractors who have years of experience with our products. Our teams are also factory certified and insured so your liability is limited.

Question: Can we do the install ourselves?
Answer: Certainly. If your budget does not allow for installation you may either choose to do it yourself or request a supervised install. The cost of a supervised istallation is $1500 for average sized structures and includes a full day of supervision. It is recommended that you have 3-4 volunteers if you decide to go with this option.

Question:Do we sell residential as well as commercial? Where can I find residential equipment?
Answer: Unfortunately we do not sell residential equipment, however, we have another organization that we highly recommend for those type of projects and you can find all of what they sell here at www.parkandplaydirect.com.

Question: What methods of payment do we accept?
Answer: We accepts checks, money orders, and major credit cards. Credit card transaction are subject to a 3.9% convenience fee.

Question: Is there any deposit required? What are the payment terms?
Answer: Yes, we require a 50% deposit with all orders upon credit approval. The remainder is to be paid within 30 days from reciept of goods
