Food Planing

Food is just as important as any other tasks on your to do list for the project. It is especially important because you will need to keep your volunteers energized and guests served during the meetings and fundraising events. We have put together a small task list that will help you understand what you need to do as a food manager for your project:

  • Deciding the menu: menu should include all the food items that will be included for breakfast, snacks and drinks.
  • Create different menus for different meeting days.
  • Coordinate with the delivery service and make sure that the food items are available on a specific date and time without a delay.
