Standard Limited Warranty Coverage

For our primary commercial playground systems, we offer an industry-leading warranty package designed to protect the structural integrity of your investment against corrosion, deterioration, and manufacturing defects.

• 100-Year Limited Warranty: On aluminum and steel upright posts, post caps, clamps, and hardware against structural failure due to deterioration, corrosion, or workmanship.
• 15-Year Limited Warranty: On rails, rungs, rigid climbers, loops, and decks against structural failure due to deterioration, corrosion, and workmanship.
• 15-Year Limited Warranty: On all HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) and rotationally molded plastic components against structural failure due to materials or workmanship.
• 5-Year Limited Warranty: On cables and nets against premature wear due to natural deterioration or manufacturing defects.
• 5-Year Limited Warranty: On moving parts against structural failure due to materials or workmanship.
• 3-Year Limited Warranty: On all blow-molded plastics and specific "Child Center" and "Tree Center" units.
• 1-Year Limited Warranty: On all materials and products not covered above against failure due to materials or workmanship.

Conditions & Exclusions

Our warranty is valid for the original customer for as long as they own the product, provided it is installed and maintained according to published specifications.

• What is NOT Covered: The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage (dents, scratches, fading/weathering), normal wear and tear, vandalism, misuse, or modified parts.
• Labor & Shipping: Warranty replacement covers the replacement component itself. It does not include the cost of labor for part removal or installation. Additionally, shipping and freight costs associated with delivering the replacement parts are the responsibility of the customer.

Our responsibility does not end at installation. As a full-service partner, CRS provides the ongoing support needed to combat wear and tear, ensuring your playground never becomes a liability.

• Parts Availability: We maintain a robust supply chain of replacement parts for all our systems. Whether you need a single vandal-resistant bolt or a replacement slide section, our team can quickly identify and ship the correct components to minimize downtime.
• Modular Design for Repairability: Our systems are engineered with modularity in mind. If a specific component is damaged, it can be individually replaced without compromising the rest of the structure. This "repair, don't replace" philosophy saves budget and reduces waste.
