We are currently seeking a talented and experienced IT Manager to join our team and lead our IT operations.

Job Description:

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our company’s IT infrastructure and systems. You will lead a team of IT professionals, manage IT projects, ensure data security, and provide technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT systems and networks, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of successfully managing IT operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the overall IT strategy aligned with the company’s objectives and goals.
  • Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.
  • Manage a team of IT professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of data, systems, and networks through the implementation of appropriate security measures and protocols.
  • Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, software implementations, and infrastructure enhancements.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, solutions, and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align IT solutions accordingly.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, and consultants.
  • Monitor IT performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing trends and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar IT leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure management, including servers, databases, cloud services, and virtualization technologies.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Experience managing IT projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are a plus.
